Colombian Flowers
The cost of beautiful flower
There are many flowers; they adorn the tables, gardens and the houses in the world, so there are perfumes, soaps and cosmetics made with flowers.
Colombian families grew plants with flowers in their houses traditionally. Some women like the expensive presents but others prefer only one flower. It’s a symbol of love.
There are many factories in Colombian that are working in the business of flowers. Antioquia and Cundinamarca are the more productive regions. Colombia is the 2nd. Flowers producer. Holland is the first.
La ceja and Rionegro produce a lot of variety. The flowers business use many chemistries, they are dangerous for the workers, the water y the soil. Nowadays these factories contaminate the environment. The too beautiful flowers have a bigger price, but it’s nothing compared with their real value and the damage that it represent to the nature.
